RESERVATION WITH VOUCHER

To make a reservation you need to go to the following link https://booking.qcterme.com/ and choose the voucher reservation section.

On the next screen, enter the 16-digit code on the voucher and click on the “+” button to view the details of the services included.

If you are booking with multiple vouchers, repeat the operation and click on “+” again.

Clicking on book will allow you to choose the destination, the number and gender of guests, and the desired date.

At this point you will have to choose the time of the service from among those proposed and proceed by entering the master data and confirming the reservation.

In the same reservation it is possible to add any guests without voucher and extra services; in this case, a credit card will be required as a guarantee to confirm the reservation.

To book a stay with a voucher, it is necessary to follow the instructions on the voucher in how to use it.

If you have a gift card you will have to follow the procedure for booking without a voucher and present the gift card at check-in to use it as a method of payment.

BOOKING WITHOUT A VOUCHER

If you want to make a reservation at one of the QC Terme centers without possessing a voucher, simply click on the Book button on our site, select the destination, preferred date, time of entry, number of people, and desired services. You will be asked to enter credit card information, however, no charge will be made: the credit card will be used only to guarantee the reservation and payment will be made directly upon entering the facility.
