QC Pass vouchers are always sent digitally to the email address provided during checkout.

Our vouchers are not registered to a specific person, but are transferable and can therefore be given as gifts.

It is possible to extend vouchers that have not yet been used and are still valid, i.e., have not yet expired.

Only one extension is permitted, for an additional 6 months from the expiration date shown on the voucher.

The cost for extending vouchers valid for stays is €28, while the cost for extending any other voucher is €14. This cost applies to each voucher you wish to extend.

Gift cards and subscriptions cannot be extended.
