The QC Spa of Wonders shop offers shipping only for orders containing physical products, such as cosmetics and fragrances; QC Pass vouchers are always sent in digital format to the email address provided during checkout.

Delivery is guaranteed within Italy within 3-5 working days; for shipments within the EU, delivery may take between 7 and 10 working days. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding national holidays. For countries outside the European Union, only with reference to shipments by courier, any additional customs clearance costs will be borne by the buyer. Customs policies vary from country to country.

At present, it is not possible to ship to Switzerland, the United States, and Great Britain.

All orders are shipped from our warehouse by express courier and are processed automatically, therefore it is not possible to change shipping and delivery times.

in accordance with art. 49, paragraph 4, -

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to cancel the contract, without giving the reasons, within 14 days. The withdrawal period expires after 14 days.

(i) from the day of the conclusion of the contract, in case of purchase of a service, or

(ii) from the day on which you or a third party other than the carrier designated by you acquire the physical possession of the property in the case of purchase of a property. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to terminate this contract by an explicit declaration (for example, a letter sent by mail, fax or e-mail).

To do this, you can use the standard form of withdrawal attached, but it is not mandatory. To respect the withdrawal period, all you have to do is send the notice relating to the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.

Effects of the withdrawal

If you cancel this contract, you will be reimbursed for all the payments that you have made in our favor, including postage (except any additional costs resulting from your possible choice of a type of delivery other than the standard less expensive that we offer), without undue delay and in any case at the latest 14 days from the day we are informed of your decision to terminate this contract. These refunds will be made using the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless you have otherwise agreed otherwise, in any case, this will not result in any fees as a result of this refund. The costs of returning the goods will be at our expense. 
The return of goods will be made by a carrier designated by us. You are only liable for the diminution of the value of the goods resulting from a manipulation of the property different from that which is necessary to establish the nature, the characteristics and the operation of the goods. We remind you that according to art. 59, paragraph 1, let. e), D. Decree. 205/2006 (bearing the code of consumption), the right of withdrawal is excluded as regards the delivery of sealed goods that can not be returned for reasons of hygiene or health protection and have been open after delivery. In any case, the legal guarantees of conformity are always valid.
