How to use

Insert your data.
For any type of order, you can choose the "request invoice" box, chosen between Private or Company. In Italy, for the purpose of electronic invoicing, it is necessary to insert the unique code. The invoice is processed only if requested during the purchase procedure.
If the shipping details are different from your billing address, you can enter them by checking the box "add shipping address if different from the&nbsp;billing address".

Shipping and payment 

Personalize the voucher with a message for your loved one. Choose the background, font, and write your dedication; you can also upload a photo if you wish.
Enter the recipient's and sender's details in the fields provided and you can choose to schedule the voucher to be sent, entering the day and time of delivery.
Once payment has been confirmed, the system will automatically send the order confirmation to the purchaser, with the option to download the receipt and the vouchers purchased. The recipient will receive an email containing the gift vouchers, without any indication of the amount. The vouchers are not nominative.
Vouchers from the same order can be personalized individually and sent to two different recipients at different times.

shop.qcterme.com accepts various methods of payment: credit card, rechargeable credit card or PayPal. Prepaid cards, if the issuer permits, can be accepted.
It is not possible to pay by bank transfer.
You will need to register your credit card for the 3D secure service. Go to your bank's website and visit the section dedicated to 3D Secure to find out the exact activation procedure.
The transmission of payment information takes place through the highest security standard: credit card data will be totally unreadable to third parties.

Shipping time details: 
If you choose the shipping method by courier, shipping times vary from 3 to 4 days in Italy, 5 days within the EU.
For countries that are not part of the European Union, only with reference to shipping by courier, any additional costs of customs clearance will be borne by the purchaser. Customs policies vary from country to country.
It isn't currently possible to ship to Switzerland and the United States.
If instead choose the method of delivery by mail, you will receive everything within 10 minutes from the conclusion of your purchase.

By choosing "It's a gift" you can proceed with the customization in the next section.

Check that the voucher number you entered is correct and that it does not contain any spaces, at the beginning or at the end of the code.
After you have received your payment confirmation, your voucher code will stay the same and will automatically be extended by 6 months.
The expiry date of the voucher communicated at the time of issuance of it will be the new departure date for the extension of validity. Gift cards and memberships cannot be extended.
Present your paper voucher at the reception of the chosen QC Terme centre; the code indicated on the voucher will stay the same and will be automatically extended by 6 months.
Within 10 minutes from the conclusion of your purchase you will receive an e-mail that confirmed the extension of the duration of your voucher.

How to extend your voucher

Enter the voucher code or codes you wish to extend, verifying that they are still valid and not yet expired. Select in the list the code or codes you wish to extend, clicking "add to cart", proceed to payment and activate the new expiration date. If you want to extend more than one voucher, remember to enter all the codes and add them to the cart. The cost of extension is 14 € per voucher for entrances, massages and wellness lunch, and 28 € per stays. Only vouchers that are currently valid and have not yet been used can be extended. Enter the codes of the vouchers you wish to check or extend.
