Take time out for a beauty and well-being ritual. Open the sachet, remove the mask and spread the material out. Apply the mask to the face (having cleansed and dried the skin), with the silver side facing outwards. Relax and leave them to work for 15 - 20 minutes.  Remove the mask and massage the face to promote absorption of the product.
